Christine—affectionately known as The Big Boss—runs the office with efficiency and heart. She keeps the team organized, the customers happy, and the entire operation running smoothly. Together, Scott and Christine have built a business that combines expert craftsmanship with genuine customer care.

"Scott and his team are simply the best! Hardworking, responsible and honest go a long way when navigating a world I know little about! I had my "engine too hot" light flash on and had no idea what that meant (was it a false alarm or was my car going to catch fire) or what to do. I immediately called Superior and Scott said pull over, turn the car off, open the hood but not to touch anything! A tow truck was on its way and arrived quickly! It turns out my radiator was cracked, sigh. The part was ordered and replaced all with the utmost care. The team communicates well and provides excellent service with a smile!"

Insurance ended up totaling out the car however the gentleman over at Superior were extremely helpful with making sure all the paperwork was done and helping me clear out all the stuff from the total car.
